LandlordScore (“we”, “us”) operates landlordscore.co.uk. This policy explains what we collect when you browse the site, submit a landlord review, or contact us.

Data we collect

• Review submissions: landlord name, location, optional property area, rating, review text, optional display name and email, and technical metadata such as time and IP address for abuse prevention.
• Contact messages: name, email, topic and message content.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-BYE3EY8MRR) to understand aggregated traffic. See also our cookie policy.

How we use data

We publish landlord reviews you submit (excluding private email addresses). Contact details are used to respond to you and to moderate content. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (operating a review platform and preventing abuse) and consent where you voluntarily provide optional contact details.

Retention

Published reviews are retained while useful to the service. Contact messages and moderation logs are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or protect the platform.
