The service

LandlordScore provides a platform for publishing and browsing landlord reviews and ratings. Content is user-submitted and may not be independently verified in every case. Use reviews as one input among others when making rental decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit reviews based on your own genuine experience.
• Do not post unlawful, defamatory, threatening or harassing content.
• Do not include unnecessary personal data about third parties.
• Do not attempt to manipulate scores or spam the service.

Moderation

We may edit, refuse or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law. Landlords who believe a review is inaccurate should contact hello@landlordscore.co.uk.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on user reviews. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
