No heating for months, patronising, cheap, rude landlord

No heating Aug-october, he used delay tactics and was very patronising and rude. Won’t respond at all on weekends, even when I have no heating and need it fixed when it’s 8 degrees at night. All appliances in the house are 9+ years old. Vacuum electrocuted me, only reason he got a new one that doesn’t overheat every five mins. Apparently he didn’t even buy the old one. All our freezers are broken and frozen over. He doesn’t respond at all sometimes to complaints of this or other broken appliances. All fire alarms were expired my first two months of living here. No toaster is provided. Outside porch walls are crumbling and old bikes, vacuums, etc never removed from the garden. Very exploitative and uncaring landlord. Don’t live in 45 carnarvon road.
